Our commitment to GSPD

The SIGMUND team is fully committed to respecting the requirements of the RGPD. Our legal and policy experts have closely analyzed the requirements of the EPMR and continue to monitor new best practice guidelines for the implementation of the EPMR requirements. We have taken these new requirements to heart and have made changes to our products, contracts and policies to ensure that we are fully compliant with the EPMR.

Many of our clients operate in multiple jurisdictions around the world. In order to ensure a consistent user experience, SIGMUND has adopted the requirements of RGPD for its entire platform and supports it worldwide. We believe that the use of consistent rules will greatly enhance the ability of all our clients to comply with the requirements of the GDPR.

Your rights regarding your personal information
We respect your right to privacy and you can therefore contact us at any time and we will endeavour to respect your choices and requests regarding your personal data. The list below is intended to enable Users and Contacts to exercise their rights under the applicable privacy and data protection regulations:


Right of access : You may request access to your personal information and obtain a copy of the personal information that is processed by SIGMUND. In the event that you request to know what personal information is processed by us, we will provide you with the following information free of charge: the purposes of processing, the categories of personal information processed, the recipients of the personal information, the length of time the personal information is retained, your privacy rights and information on data transfers. Such requests will be made by sending a request to service@sigmund.net, please ensure that you provide us with the relevant information to enable us to carry out this processing.

Right of rectification : You may request to modify, update or complete any missing data that we process about you by sending an email to service@sigmund.net. Please ensure that you provide us with the relevant information to enable us to carry out this processing.
Please note that we may correct, supplement or delete incomplete or inaccurate information at any time and at our own discretion.

Right of deletion : You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information at any time. In this case, if there is no overriding legitimate interest in continuing to process your personal information (e.g. to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, etc.) and the personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected, we will delete your data. Such withdrawal of consent will be made by sending an email to service@sigmund.net, please ensure that you provide us with the relevant information to enable us to carry out this processing.

Right to restrict treatment : You may ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information if any of the following conditions apply: (i) the accuracy of the personal information is challenged by you; (ii) the processing is unlawful; or (iii) we no longer need the personal information. Such a request will be made by sending an email with the relevant details to service@sigmund.net.

Right to data transferability : You have the right to receive personal information in a structured, commonly used, computer-readable format. Such a request will be made by sending an email with your relevant details to service@sigmund.net.

If you are not satisfied with our response or if you believe that we are collecting or processing your personal information in a way that is not in accordance with the law, you can lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Retention
Personal information will be kept by SIGMUND in such a way that you can only be identified for as long as necessary for SIGMUND's processing activities. SIGMUND will adopt the same retention policy for all users and contacts, regardless of their place of residence, which will follow the reasonable mandatory retention period, which is 7 years from the date of processing.

Please note that we may retain the information we collect as long as necessary to provide the services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

If you wish to delete company profiles existing on our servers or if you prefer that we do not disclose your company profiles to our users, suppliers or business partners, you can unsubscribe by sending us an email to service@sigmund.net with the necessary information. In this case, we will not continue to use or disclose your company profiles.

Please note that some of the information collected about you may come from the Web and be made public through other platforms. In some cases, you may be able to retrieve your data after a deletion request, in case it has been collected again on the Web, by other partners or by other means that do not include access to your device. We recommend that you periodically check your profile or the Services to ensure that your then existing profile or account contains only the information you have chosen to display.

All suppliers of SIGMUND data processors have been checked for compliance with the GDPR (online.net). All SIGMUND data is stored on servers hosted at ��� European Union. The servers are hosted by online.net (French company).


The PGRD regulation can be reduced to 8 important points. For each point, we explain how SIGMUND manages its compliance. If we have not answered your questions, you can always contact us and send us a chat or an email to service@sigmund.net.

Right to be informed : we clearly inform our users of the use that will be made of their data.
Right of access : our users have unrestricted access to all their data.
Right of rectification : It's as simple as contacting us, we will process all your rectification requests.
Right of deletion : it's as simple as contacting us, we will process all your deletion requests.
Right to limit processing : we do not process the data of our clients (and our clients' end users, the candidates).
Right to data portability : our users can contact us at any time if they wish to have their data exported (this may take some time, however, as the data is fragmented between several isolated databases).
Right of opposition : we deal with all requests on this subject from our users and end users (candidates) of users (contact us).

SIGMUND does not offer online services to children, due to the nature of the service provided (business-to-business). Therefore, we did not consider it appropriate to monitor the age of users who register for the services.

We allow each user to completely delete all his or her data. It's as simple as contacting us. We will delete each request within 7 days.

We also do not log user activity, with the exception of system logs, including IP logs and user agents, which are only used for debugging and software development purposes and are kept for a maximum of 1 year.

We have applied all the safety measures recommended by GDPR.

We do not carry out any processing of your personal data.
