What are the next steps?

• If you are an existing client: Your account will be credited with the tests ordered within the next 24 business hours.
• If this is your first order: We will create and configure your account within 48 business hours. Once your account is ready, it will be credited with the tests ordered. If we need additional information to finalize your order, we will contact you promptly.

As soon as your account is operational, you will receive an email containing all the instructions to log in, as well as a detailed user manual for using the tests.
